TUESDAY 6pm FUNdamentals will be held at the Downtown Elizabethton Farmers Market. Donation only. Also Matt will be there providing $1/min Chair massages as well. Come out and support the local merchants.

If it rains it will be held at the Yoga Farm.


Back Care - Come and be mindful of our spines. Learn poses and ways to help relax the back and restore muscle to that area.

Basic Yoga   -  This is a fun and great class for any skill level!  We will do basic gentle yoga. 

Sunday 4:30-5:45 pm          Thursday 9:00-10:15 am


Gentle/ Beginner Yoga - A class of poses and breath that is gentle on the body.  We will begin with breath work, move to flowing of the body and finish with holding of the body.  Suitable for all.

Monday & Wednesday 9:00-10:15 am        Monday 6:00-7:15 pm      Saturday 9-10:15 am              Monday & Thursday 1:00-2:15pm


Chair Yoga   -  Everyone can do yoga, no matter your physical abilities.  This class uses a chair for support and balance during our yoga practice.  Join us and learn how to breath, relax and use yoga to get you moving a bit easier again.  

Wednesday 3:15-4:15 pm


FUNdamentals   -  This class is focused on fun and movement.  You will never know what to expect but it will always be fun and engaging.  Music will be fun; singing and laughter are encouraged!

Tuesday  6:00-7:15 pm

Yin/Restorative - We will take each class as we get to it. It will be either a yin style where we hold poses for a few minutes to work into deep muscles and/or a restorative style where we relax into poses for minutes.

Thursday 7:30-8:45


Meditation - Each week we will take 30 min to help you slow down and breathe. Join us for this FREE time to relax and mediate.

Wednesday 4:30-5:00


There are no expiration dates on yoga class cards. 

Children 10 and under $5 with parent (they must be able to sit quietly in Savasana)
