This workshop will include tips on using Yoga to help you stay active as we age. Balance, Breath, and Meditation will all be covered. You will also have printed information to help you. This will be helpful so you can add to your daily practice or help you to start one. Questions will be welcome and we will be doing a yoga practice to incoropate the ideas and poses we discuss. Open to all ages $30 or $50 for you and a friend.
