Reiki Training Level 1
This is a Reiki Level 1 Training class. In this you will learn about Reiki energy, history and how to use it. You will receive an attunement while mastering First Degree Reiki Techniques. The class will be small for a more personal training.

It is when a certified reiki practitioner will gather a group of people to assemble (either virtually or in person) around somebody or something who is in need of positive energy. Collective consciousness is powerful, and when multiple people direct their energies toward one focus or goal, the results can be astounding. Come an experience this amazing healing. Reiki Training Level 2
Level Reiki 2 Class
We will begin with the three Reiki Symbols, what each mean and how to use and activate them in your healing practice. We will then learn about Reiki Distant Healing and how to send and use it. Continuing after lunch, you will each receive the Reiki 2 Attunement and symbols. You will practice sending distant Reiki with our photo in hand (bring a photo of a person or pet you would like the class to send Distant healing to; if you do not have a photo, we can still send healing with a name and location). If possible, obtain permission from this person for us to send Reiki healing to (if you don’t we can appeal to their higher selves for permission). Following this, you will practice using the new symbols and their associated new energies.

Winter Solstice Ceremony
We will welcome in the Winter Solstice with a ceremony to seed our light for the future as we mark this wonderful time of year. Come join us and feel free to bring your own journal for our reflection time. $25 in advance $30 the day of the event.

Sound Healing Certification Levels 1 & 2
Level 1 - Saturday 9am-5pm we will cover the History, Evolution and Science of Sound Healing. Benefits of Sound Therapy and Concepts from Sound, Frequency and Vibrational Therapy, Common Responses to Sound Healing, the Future of Sound Healing. $200 in advance $250 after May 1st.
Level 2 - Sunday 9am-4pm will be more hands on learning the history, benefits and uses of healing instruments, including Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Wah Wah Tubes and more. $200 in advance $250 after May 1st and must have received Level 1 Certification to attend.
We are also through the Complementary Medical Association.

Personalized Light
Come have some fun with Gina as she shares with us how to make these fun and personalized lights. You can drill your own designs or there will be a few pre-drilled. This will be a fun class and all directions, supplies and tools will be provided. $20 per light. Please try and pre-register so we have enough fun for everyone.
July Full Moon & Fire Ceremony
Our full moon & fire ceremony theme is to release, purify, and awaken. Come join us for this cleansing time as we participate in guided meditation, journaling, yoga, sound healing and more.
Each participant will go home with moon water and other small items from our ceremony. You do not want to miss this event. We will be outside, weather permitting.

Yoga: The Basics
This is a 6 weeks Yoga Basics Mondays at 7:15pm. We will begin with basic yoga etiquette and poses and each week we will build on the previous, learning new poses and breathing techniques. This is great for new students as well as those wanting to get a great refresher on your basics. This will be fun and informational. $90

Pose, Sip, Play
Join Carrie with the Yoga Farm for a fun time of gentle yoga and enjoy a beer while doing so! This is a fun class for ages 21 and up. $10 includes a beer and the yoga class. Bring a friend and come join the fun!

Community Craft Night
We will be painting flower pots this month for our community craft night. All supplies will be provided and you go home with your beautiful creation. $5 per person and bring a beverage for yourself and a snack to share. Summer Sound Bath @ Wicked Whit
Come welcome in SUMMER with a relaxing and rebalancing sound bath! Not only is it the first official day of summer, but it's also International Day of Yoga! As the seasons change, set the intention of releasing the bad and receiving the good! Tickets are $35 a person and limited spaces are available.
