This fun, experiential workshop takes you beyond simply listening to sound. We'll explore how frequency, vibration, resonance, harmonics, and rhythm influence the way we hear and experience sound.

During the evening you'll:

 Learn what frequency and vibration actually mean
 Explore resonance, harmonics & overtones
 Hear and feel different sound healing instruments
 Compare higher and lower tones and vibrations
 Participate in interactive sound demonstrations
 Finish with a relaxing guided sound experience

We'll explore instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks and more.

No sound healing experience is needed! Come curious, get comfortable, and experience sound in an entirely new way.
